Race Black was created by Social Explorer by summing Male and Female Blacks.
State of Alaska and its Counties did not iterate numbers of Blacks.
Users are advised to calculate black population for Alaska and its counties by subtracting White and Other Races from Total population.
Hawaii and its counties iterated black population only and neglected White and Other Races.
Users are advised that the difference between total population and black population is total White and Other Races for Hawaii and its Counties.
Tippecanoe, ID and Cont. United States aggregated table totals under counted published total population by 3.
