CA HMFA; Portland-VancouverHillsboro, OR-WA MSA; San DiegoCarlsbad, CA MSA; San Francisco, CA HMFA; and San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara, CA HUD Metro FMR Area. Further, HUD responds to comments received on the FY 2020 FMRs.
